((OPEN!!!))
A black panther weaved it's way in between a few tall oak trees, prowling through the forest determinedly. Piercing green eyes watched through the dim light for any sign of a meal. Black panthers are actually leopards, and if you look close enough you can see some of their spots. Course, if you did get close enough you'd probably be dead. The panther flicked it's tail once as she stalked through the trees. Kili had just been walking to the forest for a walk, but had soon lost control of herself while following a squirrel. The squirrel had gotten away just in time. She hadn't eaten anything while she had been a panther yet and now the panther was determined to eat before returning control to Kili. She climbed up a nearby tree to a tall branch and watched through the leaves as she waited for a meal to walk by.

A girl walked through white heart woods, she was happy to be hear, and thw olf, well, we can say it was happy to be here to. Aira smiled as she walked through the forest, her black sneakers softly crunching fallen leaves and perhapes needles of the pine trees, that had scattered from birds, or chipmunks. She crossed her arms and her eyebrow twitched a little, a bird was flying by, and a chipmunk scrampled by her. Her eyes closed as she stepped back a little, she didn't really notice a great black panther in the tree, she was to busy trying to control...other things. The wolf wasn't easy to control, and her control was very weak, wimpy, as some would say.

Perfect. The panther's eerie emerald eyes snapped down to the ground and pierced through the gloom and came to rest upon a girl nearby. She licked her lips and stared down at the girl, waiting to see what she would do and what would be the easiest way to take her down. It certainly didn't seem like it would be difficult. The panther silently rose to her feet and hopped to the next the next branch over that was closer to the girl without making a single sound or moving a leaf. Panthers were experts when it came to stalking, especially from trees. She crouched down and peered through the leaves to see if the girl was going to do.

Aira fell back, leaning on a tree. The leaf that had been triggered by the panther's movements were not of importance to her right now. She stood perfectly still, and that's when the wildlife perked up. A squirrel, unaware of her unmoving figure scampered not to far away from the girl. Her dark brown eyes widened as the squirrel darted for the bushes, immediately the wolf took over, a devilish smile formed on her human face. Aira got up, running on four legs, which was slow until her shape shifted into a gray wolf, making her faster than ever, or at least...faster than a human would ever be. The gray wolf chased after the terrified squirrel, its fangs glistened as they snapped open and shut as she tried to get a hold of the long, fluffy tail.

The panther's pupils shrunk as it observed the girl below slowly transform into a wolf and take off. Her eyes narrowed as she watched the wolf for a moment. She soon saw that was chasing after the squirrel that she herself had been chasing only moments ago. But she didn't care, she had bigger fish to fry. Even though she would have prefered human, the wolf still looked tasty too... A large pink tongue ran menacingly over two very large, glistening fangs. Without another moment's hesitation the panther was on it's feet, bounding noislessly from treebranch to treebranch after the wolf on the ground.

The wind ruffled her newly found fur as Aira bounded after the squirrel. Ohhhh Baby, this was the life! The wolf bounded after the squirrel, and soon caught it, holding the small creature in mouth, she was about to deliver the killing bite, so she may feast on her meal, and regain control of the wolf. Aira turned her dark brown eyes instantly catching a black blob racing towards her. Oh shiznit. She backed up a little, dropping the squirrel, so it darted off, out of sight. Her sensitive ears caught very soft, almost unbearable sounds of the panther. She pinned her ears to her skull and growled, baring her sharp teeth, and spreading out her legs. Her neck fur stood on end as she tried to catch sight of her foe. "Stubborn as a wolf" her parents would say...

A cheshire cat grin appeared on the maw of the panther as she watched the wolf stop and turn to face her. She crouched low to the branch and watched silently as the wolf bared it's teeth and growled menacingly at her. The panther's own ears laced back flat against her head and a low rumbling emitted from her throat. Her tail flicked in anticipation as she thought of what to do. She could just pounce down towards the wolf from right where she was, but what was the fun in that? She leapt over to a tree on the other side of the wolf and immediately bent down behind the leaves.

Aira whiped her head around, trying to locate the panther. Her ears twitched and swiveled around, trying to locate a soft breath, anything would do, just to tell where she was. The gray wolf narrowed its deep brown eyes as she jerked her head to the side. There...in the tree, but as a wolf she was no good at climbing, even as a human. Oh snap. The wolf side said,'GO for it' Human side said to stay in place or run away, clearly the panther was much larger and was looking for a snack' She wasn't sure which side to listen too, so she froze in place. Her tail went in between her legs as she started backing up. She was outmatched in size and power.

Oh dear, perhaps this wouldn't be quite as much fun as she would have liked it to be. The wolf appeared to be giving up and calling it quites already. Too bad... Oh well, no harm done. it only meant that she would be able to have her meal even sooner, and that wasn't neccessarily a bad thing, was it? Sure, she would have prefered to play with it for just a little while longer, but you can't always get what you want. She decided to mess with the wolf just one more time before going in for the kill. She stood up and leapt from the tree down to the ground. She prowled once around the wolf with her ears pinned flat against her skull and low rumble escaped her throat. The next minute she leapt behind the tall grass that surrounded the area and moved for a moment before crouching down low and watching the wolf's reaction.

She jumped. Yes, the wolf lunged to the panther. A burst of courage, and a change of heart. The wolf growled deeply as it landed, it wasn't on the panther though, where she would expec the big cat to be. Aira growled, her tail was held up as she bent her head to the ground then back to the air, parting her mouth. Ah ha. There it was. The gray wolf jumped, its strong jaws wide open as she jumped to the panther once more, hopefully this time she wouldn't miss. They say to have a wolf lunge at you on th enight of a full moon is bad luck, and its soulutte(can't spell, sorry...) in the moon is perhapes the last thing you see. But this time, perhapes looking down tot he panther, would be the last thing the wolf saw.

The panther was very surprised the she heard the wolf leap at her over the tall grasses. But she was rather pleased, nonetheless. At least now it would be interesting. She leaned back quickly as the wolf lunged at her and kicked at the wolf with her paws as she laid on her back, hopefully she had kicked the wolf far but she wasn't sure. The impact had been quite bit more than the panther had expected and she rolled over a few times. She quickly shook her head and slowly and steadily rose to her feet. immediately looking around for the wolf.

The wolf spun around and around, flipping a few times, and landed on its paws, surprisingly, claw gashes on the ground as she slid back, her claws draging the lines across the soft grass and earth. It quickly rolled to the side into the bushes and steahly made her way to the panther. The light shined through the leaves and shadowed her pelt as Aira darted, through the maze towards the panther. She wasn't just about to give up yet. The wolf stopped for a moment, crouching low to the ground, flattening herself so she wouldn't be seen to easily.
